Dear GT Community,
I am truly honored to have the opportunity to serve the GT community. Parkway has always had a special place in my heart. I attended Highcroft Ridge, where I met my husband. Together, we chose Parkway to raise our own children. When the opportunity came along to serve as the principal of GT, I was nervous. What if everything I thought about Parkway was wrong? However, it turns out every positive feeling and thought was truly confirmed. Parkway is a people-centered district. As a result, I am supported to be a people-centered principal.
We want you to feel at home at GT. This is such a special community full of the most amazing individuals...you included. Please know that our doors and hearts are always open. Our community is integral to our school. Without the amazing people, a school is simply a building. You are what makes this house a home. We are committed to making this school a place everyone feels belonging without compromising who we are.
I am passionate about kids. They are the exclamation point in my soul. I am relentless in supporting our staff and community so we can help students learn at high levels in a place where they can be their authentic selves. I know in my heart of hearts that I am the lucky one to have the opportunity to serve this amazing community. I strive each and every day to make today and every day a GREAT day to be a GATOR! Chomp, Chomp!
