• Hello Parents!

My name is Natalie Clark and I am a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at McKelvey Elementary. I have been working as an elementary school SLP since 2001. I have been working at McKelvey School since 2006. I hold a national Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and I also hold licensure in the state of Missouri.  I graduated from the University of Central Missouri with my Bachelor's in Speech-Pathology and Audiology in 1999 and my with Master's degree in Speech-Pathology in 2001. I also studied abroad in graduate school at the University of Helsinki in Finland in the Spring of 2000!

I feel that parent/specialist communication is very important for the growth of each child.  Please feel free to call or email if any questions or concerns arise.  You may also send a note to school addressed to my attention with your child.

As your child acquires new speech and language skills, homework may be sent home to practice and generalize those skills into the home environment.  Although homework is not mandatory, it is very beneficial in making progress toward IEP goals.   Updates about progress in speech/language therapy will be sent home three times per year. Please call or email at any time if you want an extra update!

The SSD Area Coordinator for McKelvey is Amy Manczuk who can be reached at AManczuk@ssdmo.org

I know that we will make a difference in your child's speech and/or language skills.  I am happy to be your child's speech-language pathologist and I look forward to a wonderful year full of growth and positive experiences for your child!

    Natalie Clark, M.S., CCC-SLP
