To ensure everything is working properly, the stream will be available to join 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. In the event there are issues and a previous Google Meet link is closed, please check back on this page to ensure you have the most up-to-date meeting link. It is not recommended to save the Google Meet link as it could change in the future.

 

Join a Google meeting as a viewer (stream viewer)

You don't need a Google Account to participate in Meet video meetings. Please follow the steps below to ensure you are able to view the stream. 

 

Join a video meeting from this page

1. Click the event you are planning on viewing to the left of this screen.
2. When prompted, you can choose to allow access to your microphone and camera or decline. Either is acceptable since this will be a view only stream and your camera and microphone will not be used. 
3. Enter your name and click Join Now.
4. When the stream starts, you will be able to view the stream.
