2/28/2023 -- Eighteen Parkway employees have been nominated for a Light of Parkway Award (LOPA). These nominees will be considered for one of the three LOPA awards to be presented by the Parkway Alumni Association. Three winners will be announced the week of March 6th.

The award recognizes the district’s extraordinary operations (non-certified) staff members who have helped create a positive, caring environment for the people they serve. It was created in memory of Sandy Finch, a former Parkway bus driver known for her exceptionally upbeat attitude and helpful interactions with staff, students and parents.

The winners will receive a plaque and $500 from the Parkway Alumni Association at Appreciation Evening on April 24.
