1/19/2024 -- Steve Jones has been named Parkway’s director of transportation, effective February 1.

Jones is currently the manager of transportation operations and has been with Parkway since 2019. He has nearly 20 years of experience in school district transportation in the St. Louis region. Before joining Parkway, Jones served students in St. Louis Public Schools, Rockwood and Francis Howell school districts for 15 years, working with First Student/Laidlaw Transit.

“As we were looking for the next leader to continue the excellence of service provided by Will Rosa, it was clear Jones values the safety and well-being of Parkway students,” said Superintendent Dr. Keith Marty. He added, “Jones is a passionate leader who values working with people and our students.”

Jones replaces Will Rosa who is retiring after 16 years with Parkway Schools.
