Below you will find links to the current immunization requirements in the state of Missouri.  All students must present documentation of up-to-date immunization status for each student before attending school.  Religious and medical exemptions are allowed; the nurse must have an exemption card on file in order for students to be considered up-to-date.

The three most commonly needed immunizations in high school are Tdap and Meningococcal (MCV4) prior to entering 9th grade; second dose of Meningococcal prior to entering 12th grade.
