Message to parents and students who want to purchase a calculator: 

If you are planning to purchase a new graphing calculator, consider purchasing a     TI-Nspire graphing calculator ($130 - $170).  These calculators are often on sale over the summer.  The TI-Nspire (do not buy the CAS version) comes with a TI-84 face plate so you can have two calculators in one.  It will be used in Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Statistics, Chemistry and more.  If you already have a TI-83, TI-83+, or TI-84, it will be sufficient.  This information is provided for parents and students already planning to purchase a new calculator.  Thank you.
