I have been teaching at South High since I graduated from college in 1996 and even student taught here.  South High is my second home.  I have taught Honors Calculus BC, Honors Calculus AB, Algebra 2/Trig., Honors Pre-Calculus, Pre-Calculus, and Algebra 1.  I am the sponsor of the National Honor Society & the Scholar Bowl team at South. I started Mu Alpha Theta (math club) at South in 1996 and the Scholar Bowl (Academic Team) at South in 2004.

When I'm not teaching students about the beauty of mathematics, I enjoy singing, performing in musicals, working out, modeling, playing volleyball, and spending time with my 3 sons Austin, Caleb, and Hayden, and my husband, Brian. 

It's such a gift to teach at an awesome school with such amazing students.  South High is a place where rigor is encouraged, curiosity is fostered, and character is developed.  I want my classroom to be a fun place where students are challenged to think critically and analytically on a daily basis - in addition to singing about math as often as possible :-).
