Parkway provides students with a wide variety of before and after school activities and enrichment opportunities to support each child's development. At the elementary schools, this ranges from chess, math, gardening, and student leadership clubs, to junior sports and intramurals at the middle school levels. 

More than 60 percent of high school students take part in at least one of approximately 23 competitive sports. More than 70 percent of athletic teams maintain an overall grade point average of 3.0. Parkway high schools offer more than 50 special interest clubs, as well as instrumental and vocal music groups, and speech, debate and drama activities.
