Summer School

    Dear Parkway School District Families:

The mission of the Parkway School District is to ensure that all students are capable, curious, caring and confident learners who understand and respond to the challenges of an ever-changing world.  Summer is a great time to engage in fun learning activities that encourage creativity, enrichment, and academic growth! We are committed to offering high-quality, summer learning experiences for students of all ages in an effort to meet our mission.

Last year, we had approximately 6,000 K-12 summer school participants!  As a reminder, the maximum number of seats available will be accessible for enrollment when K-8 registration begins on February 11, 2020.  We encourage you to select from a number of course offerings designed to personalize learning and allow students to explore their areas of interest through a variety of learning experiences.  In addition, we’re pleased to be bringing back afternoon fee-based camp options for our students entering grades K-8.

At the high school level, students will continue to have the opportunity to register for credit recovery and enrichment courses to complete graduation credits.

We look forward to another successful summer of learning!
