  • Planning

    With requester and stakeholder input, the project manager will define the project (scope) and begin building a project plan.

    Executing

    The project manager will be responsible for coordinating tasks, communicating regular status reports, and ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved.

    Monitoring & Controlling

    The project manager will coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the requester and stakeholders.  Training will be coordinate by the project manager, requester and stakeholders. Once all project tasks are completed, the requester will approve the project to go live and work with the project manager to schedule implementation.

    Transition

    After the solution has been implemented and is running in a production environment, the project manager will archive all project documentation, provide final status reporting, and transition support to the department and/or Help Desk, as appropriate.
