Blocked Web Sites and Videos

  • If you find that a web site or video that you need to access is blocked on your Chromebook, please take a screenshot of the blocked site page by pressing the two keys shown in the picture below:

    The screenshot will be saved in your Google Drive.  Please e-mail it to your teacher and ask him/her to send it to the Technology Help Desk -- with a request that it be unblocked.

    If it is not clearly visible in the screenshot, please be sure your teacher includes the exact URL of the website or video in the request.

    Note:  The request must come from your teacher.  We can not accept requests to unblock sites or videos from students.
