Summer School

  • The Parkway Summer School Program provides students in grades K-12 with the opportunity to extend and enrich their learning through credit recovery, enrichment and camps throughout the summer.  

    Summer General Information

    Elementary & Middle Summer School runs from June 4-June 22, 2018 from 8:00-12:05 p.m.

    Elementary & Middle Summer Afternoon Camps run from June 4-June 22, 2018 from 12:30-4:00 p.m.  Afternoon camps are fee-based and cost $115-125 per week.  Elementary After-Care is available from 4:00-6:00 p.m. for students participating in Afternoon Camps.  The cost is $50/week.

    High School Summer School runs from June 4-July 6, 2018 (There will be no classes on 7/4).  Period 1 is from 7:30-10:00 a.m. and Period 2 is from 10:10-12:40 p.m.

    Online registration for elementary, middle and high school summer courses will be open from February 15.  See registration times below:

    Bus transportation is provided for K-12 Parkway students and residents from Parkway elementary schools before and after the morning summer school session.  Buses will return to the elementary site at the end of the school day. Transportation is not provided between Period 1 and Period 2.  Additionally, transportation is not available for students participating in Afternoon Camps.

    Students whose home school is a Summer School site will not receive bus transportation.

    Students in the VST program will be transported as during the regular school year.  Students in the VST program will receive a notification card via mail.  Transportation is not provided between Period 1 and Period 2.
