High School Equivalency & Adult Basic Education

  • All High School Equivalency Classes classes are still being held virtually - online.  

    All classes are free!   

    We offer a variety of free adult education services for individuals 17 and older.  Classes are individualized.  Students work at their own pace on the skills they need.

    In classes you will:

    • Improve Basic reading, writing, and math skills
    • Develop Workforce skills
    • Prepare for the Missouri High School Equivalency Tests (HSE/GED)
    • Prepare for Postsecondary Education
    • Prepare for the WorkKeys and Job Placement tests

    By attending classes you can:

    • Invest in your future
    • Improve your skills
    • Earn your HS diploma/credential
    • Qualify for a better job
    • Prepare for college or a technical school

     

     

    2020 - 2021 Spring Class Schedule

    Fall classes begin the week of August 31.  Classes may include both virtual online and/or in-person instruction.  Classes are ongoing and new students are added to classes every two to three weeks.  Students must attend a testing and/or orientation session before beginning classes.  Once our office receives your application, a staff member will contact you regarding testing and/or orientation.
