The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Parkway School District is committed to ensuring each student and staff member receives the necessary resources to meet their full potential. The Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) plays a fundamental role in supporting students and staff in accessing opportunities to promote success and addressing issues that impede their learning and feelings of belonging. The Director of DEI provides leadership in systemic equity and instructional practices and upholds the Educational Equity Policy and Procedures.
