Are you on track to finish high school early?
The Make it Count Program is designed for students who have fulfilled their high school
graduation requirements by the conclusion of first semester, as an alternative to early
graduation. Make it Count students spend second semester of their senior year taking
college classes full-time (minimum of 12 credit hours). This fully-immersive college
experience allows students to get a real college experience, graduating with
both a high school diploma and a full semester of college credit.
Students are able to participate in high school extracurricular activities, sports, and events.
Students must notify the Office of Choice Programs of their interest by October 31, 2024.
Who can apply?
Second semester high school seniors who have:
-
A cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
-
Already met high school credit requirements*
-
Been selected through the application process
*Students with less than 1.0 outstanding high school credit may
be approved to participate if there is space in the cohort.
How much does Make it Count cost?
Parkway Schools pays for the costs associated with tuition.
Families are responsible for the costs of books and other instructional materials.
